Season 1 of The Lying Game, starring Alexandra Chando, has been extended for 10 additional episodes by ABC Family. The show premiered on August 15 to 1.39 million viewers (Nielson). The mid-season finale will air on October 17th, with the final 10 episodes of the 19 episode first season resuming in early 2012.
